Highfield Farm is directly on route 72 coast to coast – the roman way. Thus making it an ideal stop off for those who want to ‘walk and pitch’ along Hadrian’s Wall.
Because of the easy biking, quiet roads, quaint villages and ports. It makes this area ideal for family cycling or those passing through cycling the ever popular ‘coast to coast’. Local bike hire is available on request for those who would like to explore the coastal areas without having to bring bikes with them.
We like to call it ‘posh camping’ because in with your tariff you get free hot showers, toilet and full kitchen facilities even a fridge, microwave & toaster! Breakfast can be arranged to be delivered to your tent! Tea & coffee is complimentary.
