Angus Hotel
A family-run hotel, situated just ten minutes walk to Carlisle city centre. Facilities include free wi-fi, free parking, evening meals and fully licensed bar. Secure cycle store, drying facilities and packed lunches also available. This large Victorian town house was built in 1850 where the Romans had a command headquarters for 1000 cavalry, so the hotel literally has its foundations on Hadrian's Wall! All bedrooms are tastefully styled and furnished, including LCD TVs, free wi-fi and fully refurbished en suite bathrooms. Every guest at the Angus is assured of a warm, friendly welcome and relaxing stay.
