The Hexham to Walltown service begins on Saturday the 12th April and continues to 28th September.
If you are travelling from Carlisle to the Wall, then you can connect with the AD122 service at Haltwhistle, Walltown or Hexham using local bus and rail services.
There is a frequent service across the central section of the Wall. This connects to Hexham and Haltwhistle local and national bus and rail services for onward journeys to Bowness-on-Solway, Maryport, Workington, Whitehaven and Ravenglass; and east to Segedunum Roman Fort at Wallsend and Arbeia Roman Fort at South Shields.
